2.4 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during 5bwm33 account registration is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.
2.5 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 5bwm33 requires completion of identity verification. You must provide a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as an SSS ID, PhilHealth card, driver's licence, or Philippine passport) and a selfie photograph. 5bwm33 may request additional documentation at its discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5bwm33 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 You must notify 5bwm33 support immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 5bwm33 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials or your failure to promptly report unauthorised access.
3.3 5bwm33 recommends enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number to provide an additional layer of account security. While recommended, 2FA is not mandatory; however, 5bwm33's liability for unauthorised access is reduced where you have chosen not to enable available security features.
3.4 You must not allow any other person to access the Platform through your 5bwm33 account. Any action taken through your account will be attributed to you regardless of who actually performed the action.
4.1 Currency. All 5bwm33 account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP. No currency conversion is applied to GCash or Maya transactions.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 5bwm33 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without notice.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at 5bwm33 is ₱100. No maximum deposit limit applies to standard accounts; VIP account limits may differ.
4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit or to verified accounts in the User's name. 5bwm33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds. Standard withdrawal processing time is within twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts. GCash withdrawals typically complete within thirty (30) minutes.
4.5 No Cash-Out of Deposit-Only Bonuses. Free bonus funds credited without a corresponding deposit may not be directly withdrawn. Only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds, net of applicable wagering requirements, are eligible for withdrawal.
4.6 Dormant Account Fee. 5bwm33 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, subject to advance notice to the registered email address.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 5bwm33 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of each offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.
5.2 5bwm33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice where practicable.
5.3 Systematic or coordinated exploitation of 5bwm33 bonuses — including but not limited to bonus abuse through multi-accounting, use of automated wagering software, or collusion with other players — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
6.1 All games available on the 5bwm33 Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you accept the applicable game rules.
6.2 5bwm33's random number generator ("RNG") systems are independently certified for fairness. Slot game return-to-player ("RTP") percentages are disclosed within each game's information panel. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-world physical events conducted by professional dealers under studio surveillance.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned. 5bwm33 reserves the right to void game outcomes resulting from software errors, regardless of whether winnings have been credited to the account.

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the 5bwm33 Platform:
8.1 All content on the 5bwm33 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audio — is the exclusive property of 5bwm33 or its content licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 5bwm33 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 5bwm33.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5bwm33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses arising from technical interruptions, game malfunctions, or internet connectivity failures.
9.2 5bwm33's total aggregate liability to any individual User for any cause of action shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 The 5bwm33 Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 5bwm33 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law.
5bwm33's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the 5bwm33 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. 5bwm33 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines.
11.1 Age Restriction. 5bwm33 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any person found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and any deposits returned where practicable, subject to completion of identity verification.
11.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. 5bwm33 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); (b) session time reminders and automatic session timeout; (c) loss limits; and (d) self-exclusion, available for periods ranging from one week to permanent exclusion. 12.1 5bwm33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any 5bwm33 account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) your account has been used for fraudulent or unlawful activity; (c) your account poses a regulatory compliance risk; or (d) you have requested self-exclusion.
12.2 Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any balance associated with bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus and fraudulently obtained funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method following completion of any pending investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.
12.3 You may close your 5bwm33 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.
5bwm33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email to the address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of change. Continued use of the 5bwm33 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure prior to the effective date.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 In the event of any dispute between you and 5bwm33 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through 5bwm33's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. 5bwm33 will acknowledge all written disputes within five (5) business days and aims to provide a substantive response within twenty (20) business days.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
